The Grand Opening Ceremony of Tung Wah • TN Residence was successfully held on March 23, 2026. We were honored to welcome a distinguished group of officiating guests, including Miss Alice Mak, SBS, JP, Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs; Mr. Clarence Leung, BBS, JP, Under Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs; Mr. Eric Chan, Commissioner for Youth; Mr. Li Ka-ho, Executive Director and Group General Manager of our partner, Hong Kong Ferry (Holdings) Co. Ltd.; and Mr. Orlando Ho, Chairman of Tung Wah Group of Hospitals.

The ceremony highlighted the project's mission to provide a safe and comfortable living environment for young residents. The residence aims to foster a community where youth can achieve personal growth, integrate into the local neighborhood, and build a solid foundation for their future development.

Following the ceremony, Secretary Mak and the officiating guests toured the residential facilities and communal spaces. They engaged in meaningful exchanges with tenants to learn about their daily lives within the youth hostel. As a pet-friendly residence, several tenants also shared heartwarming stories and the unique joys of co-living with their pets.
