"Happiness Connect" is a mental health support project for the elderly in Kowloon City, organized by the H.K.S.K.H. Lok Man Alice Kwok Integrated Service Centre. Central to this initiative is the book "幸福八寶足", which uses the metaphor of the traditional dessert to symbolize that happiness is a blend of various "ingredients" tailored to each individual's unique taste.

The book features the eight key elements of well-being, heartwarming community stories, and curated "happiness routes" within the Kowloon City district to encourage seniors to stay active. It also includes interactive exercises and introduces the mascot "幸寶", a simple white character representing the idea that anyone can add color to their ordinary life through mindfulness and practice.
