The Eastern District Health Centre hosted the "Walk For Change 2024". The event featured a variety of activities, including booth games, a 100-person mass warm-up, a 1km health walk, and sports challenges. Aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle, the event encouraged participation across all age groups—from primary school students to seniors. Professional guidance on stretching and lower limb training was provided on-site, and limited-edition commemorative T-shirts were distributed to participants.
