“健康行返嚟 - 競步挑戰賽“ organized by the Eastern District DHC Express, is a low-impact sporting event specifically designed for community residents. The event combines technical expertise with physical challenges, aiming to help participants strengthen lower limb muscles and improve cardiovascular health through the sport of race walking. In addition to group competitions, the event features professional guidance on correct posture and stretching techniques. This ensures that participants of all ages from primary school students to seniors, can enjoy the benefits of exercise safely while working together toward the goal of "Walking for Health."
