As early as 1994, the Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation was aware of the plight of chronic patients and established the Community Rehabilitation Network to help patients regain a quality life. To promote the new development of the Community Rehabilitation Network, Start PR was invited to plan a new brand visual identity.

The identity design shows one party patting the other party on the shoulder, with the new slogan "Rehabilitation is always by your side" and pink color, showing the brand's down-to-earth, warm, companionable and positive image.
